Complaints procedure

All registered psychologists working in the Netherlands are required to have a formal complaints procedure available on their website. You can submit a possible complaint to Central Bureau for Complaint Management in Healthcare (CBKZ) via klachten@cbkz.nl or by registered mail: CBKZ, Antwoordnummer 570, 4200 WB Gorinchem. Complaints can be submitted digitally using the complaint form.
